Contacting us during Level 2

We are now reduced to level-2 of the COVID-19 alert.

Our Westport and Greymouth offices are now open. We will be meeting with our clients to carry out legal services on a prearranged appointment basis only to ensure we are meeting the level-2 protocols and promoting the Health and Safety of our clients and staff.

If you wish to make an appointment please call our offices and we can arrange a convenient time to meet with you. If you would prefer we can arrange a zoom face to face meeting  with you and/or a telephone appointment. You are welcome to contact us by email.

We will be keeping a diary in our offices for contact tracing purposes and the scheduling of appointments to ensure that only one client is in our offices at any given time.

Deliveries: If you need to drop something off at our offices we will have a drop of box at the entry to our offices to reduce contact.

Signing Documents: If you need to sign a document please call us prior to coming to our office so we can arrange for your signature to be taken as quickly as possible. We encourage you to bring your own pen, but don’t worry if you forget we will have pens available.

If you have any health concerns please remember we can attend to your legal needs by way of telephone appointment or a zoom meeting so please do not hesitate to call us.
